Yes, upfront payment is required to secure the item.

Any cancellation or sizing exchange can only be accommodated during pre-order period. Requested changes during or after the closing date will not be valid.

Upon cancellation within the pre-order period, customers will be contacted and the refund process will be initiated immediately.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

A product exchange is only permitted for product with major defects and monetary refunds are applicable if the product is deemed undeliverable. Please note that size exchanges are not offered. Before completing payment, customers will be required to review and accept all our Terms & Conditions as part of the purchase agreement.

Each item undergoes a thorough inspection by both our internal and external teams before dispatch.

The product must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all included packaging.

The exchange delivery will be coordinated by our team based on customer’s preferred date & address, with no additional cost.

To initiate a exchange, please contact our customer support within three (3) days of receiving your item. Request made after this timeframe will not be considered.

Upon request, our team will assess the item before approving the exchanges & refunds. Once item is received and inspected, Exchanges will be processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Monetary refunds (applicable only if the item is deemed undeliverable) will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Customers will be notified via email.

Size Guide

Our footwear is specifically crafted for standard-width women’s feet. We recommend upsizing and selecting NF size based on your foot length in centimeters (CM), as our sizing runs slightly smaller from standard European (EU) size. While the approximate EU size is provided for reference, using the CM measurement offers the most accurate and reliable guide.

Minor Defects Lists

The following are examples of possible minor imperfections on shoes or packaging that do not impact their overall wearability:

Upper & Insole Material:

  • Small scratches or scuffs on surface.
  • Slight discoloration or uneven texture.
  • Tiny glue marks near the seams/edges.

Sole & Heel:

  • Slightly uneven finish on the sole edges.
  • Minor dents or scratches.
  • Small air bubbles in the material (if applicable).

Stitching & Construction:

  • Slightly misaligned or uneven stitching.
  • Minor fraying of threads.
  • Small overlaps in the insole or lining.

Decorative & Hardware (if applicable):

  • Slightly off-center placement of embellishments or logos.
  • Small scratches or tarnishes on metal accents (buckles, zippers, etc.)

Packaging Imperfections:

  • Slightly creasing or dents on shoebox.
  • Minor stains.
