By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined herein. We strongly advise all customers to carefully review these terms in their entirety prior to completing a purchase. PRODUCT IMAGERY DISCLAIMER

Kindly note that the color of the product displayed on our website may vary slightly from the actual product due to factors such as lighting conditions during photography or differences in screen display settings. We advise you to carefully review the product details before completing your purchase.

PRE-ORDERS

Our pre-order system enables customers to reserve an item in advance prior the commencement of its production and delivery. Customers are required to register and create an account on our website in order to make a purchase. Only users with a registered account are eligible to place orders through the platform. To complete a purchase, customers must add items to their cart and proceed through the checkout process.

Upfront payment is required to secure your pre-order. Once payment is received, customers will receive email updates outlining the progress of their order, including the overall production process and estimated delivery schedules. The estimated delivery timeframe is clearly stated on both the product and checkout page. Please note that all estimated dates are subject to change. In the event of any delays, customers will be notified via email.

Additionally, a dedicated Production Status page is available in our FAQ, allowing customers to monitor and understand each stage of their order’s development (click HERE to view). Any cancellations or modifications to your pre-order, including size exchanges can only be accommodated during the pre-order period. Requests for changes during or after the pre-order period will not be valid.

Exchanges & REFUNDS

We offer exchanges exclusively for products that exhibit significant manufacturing defects and monetary refunds are applicable only if the product is deemed undeliverable. Please note that Size Exchanges are not eligible for a exchange. Each product undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection carried out by both our in-house
and partnered manufacturing facility. This meticulous process ensures that all footwear meets the highest quality standards prior to dispatch.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with complete and intact packaging (Including the original shoebox & wrapping paper)

Our team will assist in coordinating the exchange process according to customers preferred date and address, at no additional cost. Please note that exchange requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving your item. Requests for exchange beyond this period will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect approved returned item, we will process your refund within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Monetary refunds (applicable only if the item is deemed undeliverable) will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Customers will be notified via email.

SIZE GUIDE

Our footwear is specifically designed for standard-width women’s feet. Please note, our current factory’s sizing runs one size smaller than our previous manufactuer. For half sizes or wider feet, we advise sizing up.

We strongly encourage reviewing our Size Chart and Measurement Guide prior to making a purchase and while it serves as a general reference, individual sizing preference may vary (click HERE to view). Our customer support is available during business hours to assist customers with any inquiries or concerns related to footwear sizing.

Payment

We accept payments through a secure and encrypted payment powered by Pocket. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards

All payments are securely processed to ensure the confidentiality of customers personal and payment information. We do not offer any installment payment options and only full payment is required at the time of purchase. Every successful payment will be charged to the customer’s credit or debit card immediately. Please note that only one payment method is accepted per order. While you may apply a discount code to your purchase, it cannot be combined with multiple payment methods in a single transaction.

In an event where payment is declined, please ensure the card details are accurate and has not expired. Should the issue persist, we recommend customers to contact their bank for further assistance. Upon order confirmation, an invoice or receipt will be promptly sent to the email address registered in customers account.

Delivery

We currently offer delivery services within Brunei Darussalam only. All orders are dispatched via a trusted local courier. Customers will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery date to their address once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse studio.
