PRODUCTION STATUS

Keeping you informed every step of the way! This page provides transparent updates on the production status of your pre-order from production to final delivery. Follow along as we bring the shoes to life and into your hands – or should we say, your feet!

STAGE 1: ORDER PROCESSING

This intial phase involves successful receipt of customers payments on our end. Every order processing will commence following the pre-order closing date. Please note, cancellations or sizing changes are not permissible during or after the closing date.

Your order has been sent to our partnered factory! This stage involves rigorous craftsmanship and quality checks, including - pattern making, cutting, stitching, assembling & etc. Each pair is intricately made to ensure the perfect harmony of design & fit, therefore we appreciate your patience. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated throughout the production journey.

Our skilled artisans are crafting the precise patterns of the shoes, a crucial step in bringing the design to life. After the pattern is drawn based on the designated shoe last size, it is traced onto the upper, insole, outsole, and heel materials before proceeding to the cutting and stitching stage.

This stage involves pressing the brand’s logo onto the material to create a raised or engraved design. The embossing machine is preheated and the material is carefully positioned. Once embossed, the material is cooled and inspected to ensure proper alignment.

Using precise tools, the materials are diligently shape into individual components, ensuring flawless specifications. Following this, expert stitching techniques are applied to join the components, creating a seamless finish. Upon completion, each material piece is molded onto a shoe last to attain its intended form.

The assembly process begins with attaching the midsole, outsole, and heels. The final assembly is completed by securely attaching together with the upper shoe pieces to achieve the desired structure and aesthetic finish of the shoe.

Each shoe undergoes a thorough inspection by our partnered factory to check for any defects. Once approved, the shoes are shipped to our warehouse studio, where final quality control is performed. They are then carefully packaged in our boxes and prepared for delivery to customers by our local courier.

Customers will be notified once the delivery is scheduled. Please note, the estimated time arrival is approximate and subject to change.
